Find the story in a CSV

Totals, trends and outliers in a spreadsheet — explained in plain English.

A spreadsheet arrives with ten thousand rows. The answer is in there somewhere, but the work of grouping, pivoting and eyeballing trends is not how you want to spend the day.

What you do

Attach the file and ask what you actually need.

To: assistant@uff.email

What changed month over month? Flag anything unusual and tell me what to look at first.

The assistant calculates the totals, spots the trend and calls out the outliers — with enough explanation to make the result useful, not just a wall of numbers.

Why it works

Spreadsheets are good at storing answers and bad at volunteering them. You ask the question in an email; the assistant does the sorting and sends back a clear starting point.

Try it yourself

Forward your next one to your assistant and watch it come back done.
